Called West coast trial lawyers this morning because I was involved in a slip and fall accident at a major retail store and was in search of an lawyer who can help. Since this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me I wasn't sure what proper steps would be in order to be able to get the help I needed. I was diagnosed with a major head concussion at Cedars-Sinai ER and was told that I may need additional medical care for my head injury. I'm not a wealthy person and I do not have health insurance. I spoke to a case manager and they instantly made me feel better about the whole situation. They took my case and immediately set me up with a neurologist. I was taken back with how professional this office is and how quickly they were able to get me in with the doctor. My case is still open but I wanted to post a review because I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who comes across West Coast trial lawyers on google.

I was rear ended by a big rig truck going home from a family gathering late last night. It was s very scary experience. I called west coast this morning and was happy with their attorney's fees so I retained them. It was a very easy process and I was able to submit every detail involving my accident via email. I was hit by a drunk driver on my way home from work. Luckily it wasn't to serious and I was able to walk away without any major injuries. The driver fled the scene but I was still in such shock that I called 911 and they came out and filed a report. I called West Coast Trial Lawyers to see if there was anything they can do to assist me or even provide with some legal advice but unfortunately because of certain circumstances involving my insurance coverage their office was not able to take my case. All the attorneys that took the time to talk to me personally made me feel very appreciative of their time. They were also kind enough to provide me with a referral for an attorney who may possibly be able to help me. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to listen and not just brush me off because I didn't have a case they specialized in. Thank West Coast.

Back in January of the year I was in need of an attorney who would be able to help me with my accident case. I googled and yelped and few law firms and the reviews seemed legit for West Coast Trial Lawyers. Even in some reviews I see that the president of the firm Neama Rahmani responds himself, which awesome. I called and I spoke to Tiffany. We went over very detailed information about my accident, I also spoke to an attorney named Allen who put me at ease about the entire situation. They got me in to see a medical doctor immodestly and I also started physical therapy at a great and very professional location. So far I'm extremely happy with how my case is being handled and I would like to say thank you to West Coast Trial Lawyers for guiding me through this legal issue.

Just got my license and was driving on the freeway and got rear-ended. West coast trial lawyers was one of the first places I called while I was at urgent care. I was able to get a consultation over the phone and even spoke to an attorney. A few month later my case wrapped up. They really helped me get my car fixed and had lots of recommendations as far as body shops and I was able to get treated closer to my job, so I didn’t have to take much time off of work. I had a car accident nearly two years ago that unexpectedly caused a severe injury as the result of a spinal defect I never knew I had. I thought that I had a simple whiplash and back injury at the time I retained West Coast Trial Lawyers, but my injuries turned out to be much more significant. If I hadn't chosen this law firm, I would never have been connected to the doctors who diagnosed and treated my potentially deadly condition and would have gone through life completely unaware of how serious my injuries were. They were able to win me a settlement big enough to cover spinal surgery for me, and which was over 10 times what insurance tried to initially offer me. They did all of this while essentially causing me absolutely no stress by helping schedule all of my appointments and therapies. I’m glad I found these guys because they were very accommodating to my scheduling needs. I can’t express the gratitude I have for this firm and Neama. From the date of my accident, I called the firm. They handled all communications with the insurance companies, relieving me of the stress of having to deal with them. They handled everything from getting my vehicle appraised, and repaired to getting me into a rental vehicle. I was able to choose any body shop I wanted as well. The best part of this firm is that I was treated by the best doctors in Southern California. At first, basic movement was hindered by the pain in my neck. The pain management and orthopedic spine specialist were quickly able to assess the damages to my neck and get me the right treatment. I was able to go back to combat competition. I was involved in a major accident. I was shocked for days and did not know what to do. My vehicle was rear ended and then spun out and t-boned by the same vehicle. It's abundantly clear to me that this law firm is determined to get justice for their clients. When I asked them how much they cost to hire, they told me I didn't have to worry about any of that until after they took care of my case. They were set on winning and getting me compensated. The team was always pleasant whenever I called, and my attorney Aryan was a cool guy. This review is a huge shoutout to Rob Hernandez, the intake director for West Coast Trial Lawyers. On August 24, 2022, I called seeking legal help with an auto accident. Rob took the time and effort to hear about my case. Because my accident did not involve a personal injury, they could not take my case. But instead of hanging up on me as soon as it was determined they could not take my case, Rob still treated me like an actual client and spent a good deal of time explaining the small claims process. He answered many questions and concerns. He was so thorough and patient. He went above and beyond. If Rob is the window to the practice and represents the spirit and integrity of the practice, then I know who I'd want representing me in the future. I got into a car crash in LA in summer of last year. I had no idea how much goes into the whole legal process when you hire a lawyer. There is so much to it that I honestly probably would’ve gone totally crazy if these guys hadn’t been there for me every step of the way. As a little plus, when you meet with them in their office, it is SO FRICKIN NICE! Obviously what really impressed me though was the care they put into my case. Thanks West Coast Trial Lawyers!

I'm so glad I was able to have my case accepted by west coast trial lawyers, and to get Pedram as my attorney. I was worried about what I had to do after the car crash in terms of legal procedures, but they pretty much took over for me so that was great. I got a good settlement and happy with the results overall.
