According to KTLA, one person was killed and three others were injured in a car accident on the 405 Freeway in Culver City on Thursday, August 16, 2018.
The incident was initially reported around 12:55 a.m., when police tried to pull over a dark gray Honda Odyssey, which had two men and two women inside of the vehicle. The driver of the Honda failed to yield, and eventually exited the freeway. When the Honda exited the freeway, the driver collided with a Kia SUV, and immediately burst into flames.
A woman, who was a passenger in the Honda, died at the scene of the fatal car accident.
In addition, two men and another woman in the vehicle sustained serious injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.
Their conditions remain unknown.
The people in the Kia were not injured.
