matters quickly.
By taking a practical and results-oriented approach, Mr. Rubin
develops a strategy for his cases tailored to the needs of each
client. He works closely with his clients to resolve issues related
to their employment such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment,
medical leave , discrimination (e.g, disability, race, national
origin), severance negotiation. Throughout the course of his
representation, he offers clients an honest opinion regarding the
merits of their case.
Mr. Rubin regularly brings litigation on behalf of individual
employees against major publicly traded corporations, major
financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, hospital and medical
employers as well as a variety of major retail establishments across
California and the Country. Frequently, these cases are negotiated
to a satisfactory conclusion in a relatively brief period of time,
